Our family has been using MPG’s since they came out and they have been a game changer. My daughter uses them during her club volleyball practices and she can definitely tell a difference in her focus and energy levels in the 2nd half of practice. We also use them on the long tournament weekends which has been fantastic. My other two kids use them for their triathlon/running training. Lastly but not least I use them every time I hit the bike and can feel the difference on the longer rides. Very happy with my switch to MPG’s after being a life long Honeystinger fan.
